Dale Richard Foulk, 88, of Walton Hill Road, Meadville, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 1, 1938 to William and Alene Foulk in Scott City, Missouri. In addition to his wife, Marion, Bob is survived by two daughters, Theresa Kern (Joel) and Stephanie Lyons (Christopher); his brother, Louis Nappi (Cynthia); his cousin, Jacqueline Bucco (Frank); five grandchildren, Emma, Audrey, Cecilia, Lucas and Jacob; as well as in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
